Cancellation Policy :
Once placed, the order can’t be cancelled.
Returns, Replacements and Refunds:
We do not offer replacements once an item is placed.
We do not offer cancellations once an order is placed.
However, you can still return a product within 24 hours of its delivery ONLY if the product you receive arrives in a damaged condition with a video of you opening the parcel and bought at MRP/ without offer.
Damaged products are not available for replacement. No in transit guarantee for broken products. Products bought on sale are exempted from return and exchange.
Here’s how to initiate a return for a damaged product:
Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email/call/whatsapp (teamglamourrose@gmail.com) within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/refund your order. Kindly email images and a video (of opening the parcel) of the damaged product & the order number for our reference.
Step 3: You will ship the product to our address within 2 business days. We will initiate the replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels, and barcodes intact & in the fresh unused state they were delivered. If any of the above is tampered, you are eligible only for a partial refund against the item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
